This is a sorghum, rice, oats, and corn IPA (maybe?) dry-hopped with cascades. The process to make was interesting. The grains, sorghum, and bittering hops were boiled and cooled the porridge was placed into a fermentor with Nuurk (used to make korean rice beers/wine) and ale yeast. When the activity finished it was racked to secondary and dry hopped till clear. Bottle conditioned. It's quite good. Not gluten free as Nuurk is wheat based, but I seem to be OK with it.

I bought it on the way into town. :) They aren't really beer drinkers.

They do have some Great Lakes Dortmunder in the fridge. They do actually usually try to buy some beer when I'm coming, which is pretty cool of them.
