Coffee while pouting about my injured right hip. Planned on brewing. Yesterday at ER with severe chest pains...was not heart related. Man getting older is not for wimps!

Old age is over rated.

Non-working keg still has 2 brews; chocolate/coffee stout (8%) and BlackBerry hard Lemonaid (10%). Fortunately their nice warm AND I don't have to walk to get there. Weekend goal is to tap these babies. Think I have some in the fridge for some lucky FotD participant..

Start with the Lemonaid..

Is that an AC-30?

Finished up a 14th Star Brewing Breakfast Stout made with Vermont maple syrup.

One of my kids brought it home from college yesterday. His military science instructor is also owner and head brewer of a vet-owned brewhouse in St. Albans. I found a pint can of stout in the refrigerator and immediately cracked it open.
Good stuff. Well hopped, 6.5% ABV, dark smoothly roasted coffee flavors.
I wish he'd found more than one can. :)

I have my house brew on tap right now.
AG batch:
8lbs 2 row pale
1lbs crystal 80L

1oz summit (60min)
1oz cascade (10min)

SA-04.

About to tap a MO/cascade smash tonight.

Cheers!
