Some cider made from fresh pressed apples we acquired 2015. Was bulk aged and then kegged this fall. Pretty nice indeed, as we like it dry. I racked it into the keg (with a bit of sulfite and sorbate, probably totally unnecessary) with a can of FAJC for some sweetness. Yuppers. Just waiting for all those baby apple trees to make us happy!!
