Sounds like my cousin... They were moving out of their house, so he dug a 4x4x4 pit in his yard and and roasted a 200 lb pig for 24 hrs, luau style. Was friggin amazing.

That's my vote. for my sour RIS I had to split it up between four fermenters as well.

Maybe a Wee Heavy. I havent made one of those yet. Probably going to split it the sessions up. IDK. I do not want to rush this though I'm getting the barrel saturday with nothing ready to put in. Should be fine.

Yep the Bourbon county BW is 3rd use barrels. That will be simplest grist. i just bottled one I used 50/50 Maris and Munich and that is it. Might do that again. I need to get another sack of grain from my friends at the brewery

Bottled off a twelve pack, I don't like those guys that much. Last party I had with an open tap, my friends killed the keg and left all their Miller lite and Coors at my house. ****ty IP trade.

I have a 4 pack of Backwoods Bastard as well, thinking I'll make the lightweight crack one of those open and watch the hilarity ensue.

Thankfully no. But we did hold it to only two apts being destroyed and no one got hurt. I'm sure the other seven units are happy that they didn't lose all there belongings. Friendly PSA - don't fry fish at 3am when your stoned and drunk then pass out with the pot full of oil still going on the stove. It will ruin you and your neighbors day.
