I know there are some OH folks who frequent this thread, but anyone in Columbus specifically? Looks like I'll be spending some time here for work.

Gravity samples of my Gose and Lichtenhainer, both ~10° to 2° for a hair over 4% ABV each. Sourness is good on both, both cleanly sour with subtle esters, and BYO's recommendations of 0.75 oz sea salt and 1 oz fresh ground coriander for the Gose are pretty good, next time I'll dial back to 0.75 oz coriander. Smoke on the Lichtenhainer could be a touch stronger so I'll up that too.
