You're welcome. Sorry it's not better. I was hoping it would develop more sourness/tartness, but since brewing that I've read about many people's disappointing results with lacto d. I'm planning to try again with a different strain. If it turns out better next time, I'll send you some.

Green Bench oak fermented black saison. Looks more quad brown than black. It says they used roasted wheat and dark Belgian candi to get the color.

Surprising amount of carbonation, lacks the creamy mouthfeel I like from big imperial stouts, but the flavors are all there. Great buy for $14.

My latest version of Fizzy Yellow Beer. 007 yeast fermented slightly warmer gives it a nice tropical ester. It's also slightly tart which goes great with this beer.
