You're welcome. Sorry it's not better. I was hoping it would develop more sourness/tartness, but since brewing that I've read about many people's disappointing results with lacto d. I'm planning to try again with a different strain. If it turns out better next time, I'll send you some.

You're welcome. Sorry it's not better. I was hoping it would develop more sourness/tartness, but since brewing that I've read about many people's disappointing results with lacto d. I'm planning to try again with a different strain. If it turns out better next time, I'll send you some.

Hot damn! Now the tough decision of keeping it for a solera lambic or selling it for a couple hundred bucks...
