Been working on prepping for a massive cookout on my deck tomorrow, and finally sat down to eat dinner.



Scallops and colcannon. Pairs fairly well with mojitos. I have a pitcher to conquer.

Lol, if they still have it when packing time comes around I could do a growler. This one never makes it to bottles. I was going to do an upland trip for your next box anyways. They make some great hoppy beers but fresh ones are impossible to find around me. Constant disappointment.

Yes, I'm quoting myself.

I like my homebrewed wheat beer at least as much as the Paulaner (maybe more). Keep in mind my beer is in the bottle only four weeks and I'm drinking it about fifteen feet from where it was fermented. The Paulaner is no where near as fresh and traveled quite a distance to get here.

This was full when I started, but it took forever to read the Star Wars b*tching on here.

IV, V, & VI are great. Especially V.

I, II, & III are crap. I can watch III, but I wouldn't enjoy it. I & II have no redeeming qualities. You may say the pod racing was awesome, but I counter that Jar Jar Binks exists.

Done and ready for another beer.
