Finally home. Kids and wife are grouchy. Should have stayed in Munster.

Is he making a one gallon batch?:what:
And it makes you wonder what his efficiency is...
No. He 'makes' five gallon. I often wonder too. When he makes one that actually doesn't taste horrible, if it is even worth drinking. He let his ipa, which he is drinking now primary for 3 days secondary for 2 days dry hop for 1 and put in fridge for 1 day. Gloated about head retention. It had no head.
Sorry. I won't dwell on it anymore. Wrong thread as usual I apologize. He should be done scorching $40 worth of ingredients in half an hour anyway.
Almost done with this space dust.
just an ultra rare IPA!

Is this what normally happens in Buffalo? I knew it should've been part of Canada.
He doesn't even take any gravity readings. Been doing it for three years and not even once. I even offered to let him use my unused mash tun for first time.
Ugh. Appreciate the help brother. Getting propane and ingredients tomorrow.
You must be from Vermont.
I get it at the McDonald's drive thru...LOL...$1.19/bag. But I get your point. I'm not handy, but I will invest in one soon. @Hello You have an extra coil or ferm chamber?6 bags of ice at $2.50 a bag (going rate around here) is gonna run you $15. You would break even in 2-3 batches buying a 25' copper I.C. online. Even faster if you make it yourself.
got another hour before beer. on the water at work.
I caught him aerating his ipa before bottling it, because it helps it carbonate. Man. I swear I'm trying here.

Well I know this isn't a homebrew and rated only by myself with 5 stars on Untappd but this is damn delicious and it also has a pretty respectful name.

It's ranked number 24 on BA which isn't bad I guess. Still light years ahead of many north east stuff. Check out the list here: http://www.beeradvocate.com/lists/style/140/ I'm just happy I don't ever need to trade for other hoppy brews!![]()

Hopefully they will change their recipe too, so they can actually compete with the rest of New England.
I don't think he is, at least he's not from the state of sub par ipas though.
