@bgbc this doesn't show it super well, but it's a shot. I used bar keepers friend but gave up. It's All-clad.

I'm fine. I was more scared than anything. I am shocked the ****ing curtains didn't go up after I threw the pan quickly into the sink. It melted the plastic cups I had in there but didn't break the pint glasses.

I wouldn't give up on it, send it to me and I'll recondition it for you.

Is this like the 'Oh, send me that beer you don't like. I'll 'dispose' of it for you'?

So I shouldn't worry about the discoloration?

Stew with Jai Alai. Now to eat!

Personally, I wouldn't. It's just cosmetic. Barkeeper's Friend is your best bet for cleaning if it really bothers you though.

I cook almost exclusively with tri-ply stainless bar keepers and a blue scrub pad gets almost anything out. Acid on the pan over low heat helps vinegar etc

I'm trying to realiE what's happening. My heat feels like it's beating slower than usual

So. When you have a stainless steel pan and you turn the heat up to high on the stove and let it sit for a a good number of minutes THEN add olive oil to sear meat...the oil will, without a doubt catch fire. Nothing makes a person double check that their homeowner's insurance is paid when there is a small grease fire. Oh and my smoke alarm does work. I have a fire extinguisher but it's 6 years out of date. I didn't know if that would cause more issues so I used baking soda...a lot of baking soda. I think I peed myself and I believe my stainless pan is ruined.

**** the stew, it's time for beer.

You would believe how often people do that in a given day. At least you didn't panic and remembered to use baking soda.

So the snow plow definitely pushed three feet of snow into my driveway after removing the side view mirrors off all the cars parked on the street.

Time for a sneak attack saison before I suit up and gets to shoveling.

Sounds like par for the course in the city.

Cherry coke. Damn snowblower was shooting sparks out the muffler for half the time but I got the ****ing driveway cleared. Yippee.

Is that a turd bottle opener?

No, that's an antler bottle opener.:)

Just finished this mornings coffee, ice cold. Now water for the rest of the day. Am I the only one that isn't going to watch the football game tonight?

If he doesn't slow down bucknuts will miss it. I will likely be too busy staring at my work computer.... But it will be on!

I just read boiling tomato juice will help.

God damn that looks good. Remmy eats twice that, though.

I had more after that. :) I'm happy with the results.
