My sparking honey cider. Man, this turned out dry and tart. 9.3% ABV, too. S-04 chews through apple juice and honey like a bunch of kids through a box of Twinkies.

A mix of regular Arrogant Bastard, Oaked, and Double Bastard then dry hopped. Pretty good. Kinda like a red IPA.

My quad on cherries, this is going to be real nice by the holidays, and beyond!

Interested to know your recipe. I brewed one in March.

College basketball season is back! UConn!

Strawberry blonde. Been a long day. Had a few swigs of captain washed down with some ginger ale while waiting to pick up the kids this evening and then run to cub scouts.

I had one of my strawberry blondes in the fridge...still tasty and the strawberry is more recognizable than ever (brewed in March).

How many cherries did you add?

I think it was 2lbs fresh sweet, frozen, one added initially during secondary along with a pound of dried sour and added the second pound of sweet when I thought it needed more. Lots of cherry flavor.
Probably should have reyeasted, carb is a little low, hopefully time will heal this but I'm pretty happy.

The rueben wasnt bad. The chips were not that good. Their beer.made up for that

********* now I want a reuben. And a knish. And a latke. Guess I'm going to the deli tomorrow. Might as well go full circle and get myself an egg cream while I'm at it.

Still working on this Schnickelfritz "Chocolate Cherry Imperial Milk Stout".
