Since I started another mead today I might as well have one, made this around a year and a half ago, plain jane but not too shabby.

BeerCamp Chico King, best one I've had of the pack so far and the Belgian Blonde with RR, tasted like any typical Belgian pale ale.
 
Can't dump my Brett saison into my oak barrel. People will be lined-up down my driveway.
 
Some of my home brews after a long day. Dishes, pots, pans, bottles...then brewday. got it all done. Dampfbier, saison & an ESB so far...:drunk:
 
Good call. I'm also going to start tweeting pics of all my friends that line up outside my house to get their two bottle allotment.


If I sign up for one of your memberships, can you just ship me my bottles every quarter so I don't have to wait in line?

I was disappointed with the honey butter sauce. It doesn't taste the same as the actual stuff at Whataburger.

I tasted it straight out of the bottle and it kinda tasted off but when I put it on a hot piece of toast to melt it tasted amazing to me. Gonna do Honey butter chicken biscuits on Wednesday for the true test.
 
Why stop with just the wax. Go for the gold. Cork, cage and wax. :p

I legally cannot ship from pa, you'll need a trustee. I recommend Remmy since he's already camped out front with a cooler and a humidor.

I'm confused about the time difference between PA and AR. Are you in the future? Is it Monday there already? :confused:

Ok, good. That's reassuring. It tasted strange straight from the bottle. I'll probably top a couple biscuits with it in the morning to give it a better test. If I wasn't already going to be busy brewing in the morning, I'd fry up some chicken to go with it. :D

Guardians of the Galaxy...good. Scrounged dinner...unsatisfactory. Long nap...good. having my hb Pole Vault Pale Ale. I don't know where the brew shop got the name for this one, but it's good. Got the carb right on this one. It's starting to lose it's hop aroma and taste a little, but still good and just a few left.

I've got my M-F job. Then 3 nights a week I work at a grocery store to pay for my sons daycare. It was either give up drinking and brewing or get a second job.

Its OK, the "liquid" and I have a symbiotic relationship, you know like Venom.
 
Well, after washing dishes, pots & pans yesterday, not to mention a bunch of HB bottles & getting in a brew day, I had some of my ESB, Dampfbier & saison last night. Diet wild cherry pepsi with my pills this morning. Watermelon hefe pegged the airlock center piece by the time I got up. No explosive fermentation yet. Although I did pitch @ 64.4F. That usually stems those mad initial fermentations...but I'll keep an eye on it just the same.:mug:
 
Man, HBT is hungover today.

I'm having more water at work. Five work days until vacation :D


Negative. Just threw some beers in the fridge. Beach day after my morning meetings.
