My Düsseldorf Altbier. 40 points and mini-BOS at NHC round 1, but unfortunately doesn't like it it quite made the cut for finals. Still a damned good beer though.

I found a random, unlabeled six pack while pulling out beers for trade today. I believe it to be Gandhi-bot Clone 1.0, but I'm not certain. It certainly tastes like GBC 1.0 with much reduced hop character, which interestingly enough is a good thing. It's still not Gandhi, but I like this much better now than I did when it was fresh. I think I am inclined to agree with the story related in Hops about the brewer who tried his IPA a few months after it was bottled and liked it better than when it was fresh. It would seem less is actually more.

Beer'd's got a new glass. The beer is called Deluge and it's a farmhouse DIPA. It's more farmhouse than DIPA, but it's still delicious.
