The AOH amber that turned out more like a brown or a dark mild. Increasingly, even if my beers don't turn out exactly as anticipated, they still turn out pretty good; I thank the input that I frequently receive on these forums for that end result.

It's a tradition in my circle to enjoy a few White Russians at Christmas. We make them a little different, we replace the cream or milk with eggnog and use homemade coffee liquor. Making a new batch this afternoon while putting toys together for my granddaughters.
