A well-earned Faxe at 10%, and a really nice Kona! Almost thought I had cavitation on my pump, just some very small debris.

Chilling with ice around my coil 9min ago, and without a glycol system, I’m down 22 degrees. I will pitch tonight!!

Sawback Brewing Wild Sour Saison. It's neither sour nor a saison...nice buttery finish though. Kinda like a slightly fizzy Chardonnay. Maybe they had extra wine left on carbonation day!

Another two hb beers from @RCope. His loral hoped IPL and Blood Orange wcipa. The IPL I drank incognito on a walk in the neighborhood, hence the paisley cup lol

both are great but I think the IPL is exceptionally good. Like a lager version of something Stone would put out. I’d call it flagship worthy! Also really love the attention to foam formation and head retention you have in your beers. It’s a huge thing for me and you nailed it!
