A @PianoMan HB W-12 Belgian quad... yet another style I’ve never had. I don’t have the proper tulip style glass for this beer so my generic pint logo glass will have to do. Still tastes good.

These today with my father in-law. Busy day, oldest daughter had dance and the younger had her first lacrosse game this morning. Divide and conquer. So proud of both!
My youngest scored her first goal of the season and had a great assist too! So much fun watching these eight year olds have fun, learning the game and gaining skills. Now I can’t wait for my oldest daughters competition next weekend that she’s been working so hard at all year (since September 2020).
Homemade pizza dough and sauce tonight. The dough was 75% bread flour & 25% whole wheat flour. Pretty darn good and a hit with everyone too.

It's a chocolate substitute, but honestly, it tastes like dirt. In the beer it's fine, but by itself or as a hot chocolate substitute absolutely not. It doesn't really add anything though, lesson learned.

But that aside, a good oatmeal stout and some p butter extract, wow! It's a once every ten days or so beer, or longer, but each time I picture drinking a reese's cup.

I;m drinking my Pliny the Elder recipe, that was flat after bottle conditioning for >14 days @ 62 degrees. Moving to a warmer spot 67 degrees it's healed.

I've made that same mistake too many times. Now I have a large tote I bring indoors to bottle condition in. Then it'll go long storage in the garage; otherwise, it's hit it miss.

My back/hip was acting up today. It's been two weeks, it slowly gets better then I try to do something functional, nope. Rinse and repeat. Kinda over this, but I do enjoy the hot tub therapy...and the beer.

Arizona Hard seltzer 4.6% Mango with Mango slices. Though I love the Mango, seltzer is not for me. I've hated seltzer water my whole life and tried it to prove to myself I still hate it ! No matter what flavor!!! I'm just too much of a Cossack drawn from the peasant ranks I guess! Give me RIS any day!!
