In the back is a Russian River collaboration, lol (I sacrificed a Santification for the brett). It should be a very low ABV brett and lacto inoculated saison. We'll find out where it landed
in the booze-o-meter this weekend when I bottle.

Hefeweizen season. Perfect after a 90F day outside, and about 105F on the press. Apparently it’s “too early for ac since there’s only four working saturday” All I took from that conversation is that the company is cheap and I’m a schmuck for working Saturdays.

I;m drinking my Pliny the Elder recipe, that was flat after bottle conditioning for >14 days @ 62 degrees. Moving to a warmer spot 67 degrees it's healed.
