It's funny. Because mass is finally getting good stuff from out of new England. Breweries that are hurting? Like Hill Farmstead, vt breweries and a lot of Maine breweries? No go. RI does tho.

Sure. It's nothing fancy because I was experimenting with the #3 invert, and wanted this ingredient to shine through. In 5.5 gallons: 1 oz EKG at 15, 1 oz Willamette at 2, and bittering at 60 to achieve 35 total IBUs.
