2018 HB. Vanilla Porter. I wish I didn’t open this beer, it aged so all well and this is my last bottle. View attachment 715652

I made a small batch vanilla porter mid 2019 and stupidly drank half of it about 8 months too early. Sat on the last 6 bottles and it was outstanding. I ended up giving two of the last four bottles away and sorta regret that as well...

Beer before the game. These guys are putting out some awesome beers. Their saison/farmhouse beers and lagers have been great. This double ipas is awesome. Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook. West coast vibe but drinks like a NEIPA. Really awesome

Honey and maple syrup. Both come thru. Had it after choc dessert and was a good pairing. Kinda has the syrupy mouthfeel of a mead with minerally maple syrup in the background. Not double digits abv but has a bit of alc heat to it.
