Another beer from @orionol73 and it’s straight up bubblegum with a slight fruitiness on the backend. Slightly sweet not cloying but not surprising for being 10.5%. The Strata hops really shine in this beer!

Double fisting homebrew.
I shared a Vienna lager recipe I found with @Section1 and he sent his version for me to try.
Section1, left— yours truly, right. I can detect the slightest difference, but other than that they are essentially twins. I’m attributing the difference to brewing water. Well done sir.

It really only has a hint of cherry
I used Northern Brewer’s Hope Lamb Imperial recipe and added 100% cherry juice at the dry hop after 2 weeks. I let that sit for a week then kegged it.
