The malt does come through now and the hop umph has subsided. I'm pleasantly happy, but the color is off (imo).

I’m enjoying this one from you! The strawberry is apparent, not overpowering or artificial tasting. I wouldn’t say it’s tart though. Cheers bud!

Sipping some HB WCIPA, as I wait for the couple local beers in the freezer. Finally bottled after a long wait, and I'm very happy I replaced some of the Simcoe hops with Dragon hops. 16 750mL in the fridge and 8 more in regular storage. So tasty, cannot wait for the beery goodness to carb up. Tested out to about 7.8% abv. Shouldn't be more than a couple of days, thanks to the amazing Voss Kveik!
