Secondary the 11.5,% on oak chips soaked in Bourbon for 4 weeks. After 1 week poured out and refilled to help the heavy oak.

This time with marshmallows. Bread just came out of the oven. I need to work on using less four to prevent sticking.
I agree @Dgallo I’ve tried a few from them and been less than impressed but I haven’t given up on them yet. I may have to try it if I see it up here in the near future.

Yeah usually have a underlying flavor that just isn’t right to me. I think it’s got to be a whirlpool blend or their yeast strain. This one doesn’t seem to have it and it’s great
