I can easily crush a pint of Cherry Garcia or phish food , sadly over the 200 lbs mark but it doesn't stop me

I think I top out at 130-135 when vacationing, but I'll drop back down to 120-125 when at home.

That is a really good one. Initially, I thought coffee and coconut was an odd combination but it really works well. A sample of my first ever cider. Nothing fancy this time. Just five gallons of juice from the grocery store fermented dry with Safcider and back sweetened with a can of frozen apple juice concentrate.

Still needs some more time on the gas to fully carbonate but it's tasting pretty good so far. View attachment 668981

Did you try it before back sweetening it? I find that with SafCider it retains enough apple flavor to not need to add more; however, it would be interesting to try. You're kegging yours, yah?

I did try a sample before back sweetening and while it was good, I prefer the back sweetened version. Yes I kegged this batch.

Currently enjoying a local milk stout as I watch the Avs play the Dead Things err... I mean Red Wings. Go Avs!
