That is a really good one. Initially, I thought coffee and coconut was an odd combination but it really works well.

A sample of my first ever cider. Nothing fancy this time. Just five gallons of juice from the grocery store fermented dry with Safcider and back sweetened with a can of frozen apple juice concentrate.

Still needs some more time on the gas to fully carbonate but it's tasting pretty good so far.
