I'm drinking a 13.8% ABV Belgian Tripel. The ABV was a mistake--darn MJ M-41. It's golden but cloudy and looks kinda like a hazy IPA.

Gale's Prize Old Ale clone (2 of 2) out of BYO 250 recipes or whatever it actually is. I got the bright idea to add dark brown sugar because I was a tad short on the homemade golden syrup. The 10oz jacked the ABV out the roof to 12.8% ABV. I added WLP 099 to attempt a fix and it worked. I had to santize like I've never done before so that the WLP 099 doesn't carry over to anything else. All in all, I'm not disappointed.
