My pale ale, hopped with Azacca and El Dorado, both in the boil and dry hopped (3 parts Azacca, 1 part El Dorado).
Too bad I knocked the glass over on the previous pour - good beer gone to waste.

Space Goat. A really good, made in Montana, APA. My wheat APA keg kicked after about 4 oz. so I’m down to store bought beer until my Cali Common carbs. I think I’ll survive.

Did a deep dive on the Mott the Lesser release at Tributary Brewing two Saturdays ago.

Spring release was fantastic X2

Had the Dinkolator too

They had a raffle for the UNICEF Ukrainian Children's Relief fund

Finally made it down the road to Portsmouth Brewery where they supposedly have the original MOTL ( Kate the Great) Recipe now called Impy stout

Got home and had voice mail that I won one of the raffle prizes. Celebrated with a Cultivator

Yesterday, drove allllll the way back to pick up the prizes. Had to have more MOTL

Braggot was really good too

Months ago, my brother-in-law handed this can to me. It's been sitting in the garage fridge since.

Finally got around to trying it. It's not something I would pick off the shelf, but surprisingly tasty and refreshing! A great post-mow beverage on a not too hot day.

Edit: I just took a swig from the bottom inch or so. Body is just sitting there like pulp in a glass of OJ.

For Easter I try to make a Cadbury Cream Egg stout. It’s my second year trying and my second time not getting the flavour I want. Both times however, very good stouts. This one finished with a 1.020 gravity, so it’s very thick!

Soak some chicken wings for 4 hours or more in Mojito juice mixer, sprinkle on some McCormick Mojito spice, grill and baste now and then with Mojito mixer. Out of this world tropical chicken wings !!!!

Brew day.. getting caught up here, a lot of things happened today but we made beer. A dopplebock, low sg so boiled longer and got in the ballpark. I need a new mill, we'll just leave it at that. This batch was a group brew with 2 guys in my hb club, I had this on had to share.

Well, poop! Third keg to die this week. Now I’m officially out of HB until my keg of Irish stout is ready to pour and the NEIPA I brewed today is done fermenting. Rinse and repeat… Miller Lite in a fancy glass for a while now.
