Sounds good - nice and small for a test batch. I wish I could do a 10-gallon batch. I need a 20-gallon pot. That's next on the list just because I hate brewing beers I really like two times rather than have two kegs' worth after one brew day.

I'm brewing another one of my IPAs, this time FWH with Galaxy and Nelson. Additions during the boil: Galaxy and Nelson at 10 and Galaxy and Nelson at 5. Remmy style.

I love Maine. Vacation there (Northwoods) twice a year. Considering I grew up in the Bronx, I hate the hood. I carry guns when I go to hoods. **** the hood. The hood sucks.
