A lot of the old-time, neighborhood (shot and a beer type) bars back home in NY would have a big jar of pickled eggs and another jar with pickled sausage sitting up on the bar. Surprisingly good.

The aroma is very tropical, reminds me of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and a bit of coconut.

Super saturated hop flavor and aroma.
I keged it yesterday, so all the flavors and aromas are ****ing high)

I agree-bad ass. I didn't spring for the legs but I use a 60 quart pot and put it on a makeshift stand. When we deep fry I have to have my wife watching the gas because the dang thing is so powerful.

What do you think about 2020 SA winter lager? Taste a bit different to me this year..not as much of a malt/caramel profile to me as past years..still good though
