I’m enjoying this one from you! The strawberry is apparent, not overpowering or artificial tasting. I wouldn’t say it’s tart though. Cheers bud!

Sipping some HB WCIPA, as I wait for the couple local beers in the freezer. Finally bottled after a long wait, and I'm very happy I replaced some of the Simcoe hops with Dragon hops. 16 750mL in the fridge and 8 more in regular storage. So tasty, cannot wait for the beery goodness to carb up. Tested out to about 7.8% abv. :cool: Shouldn't be more than a couple of days, thanks to the amazing Voss Kveik! :)

We just got back from my wife’s quarterly visit with her oncologist. Still cancer free after almost 5 years. :mug:
Congrats on that!! I just had (July) my 10 years clear and he said I was cured so I no longer have to see him
