Hb Amarillo ipa.

Morgan Territory Motorboatin’ IPA. Due to the pandemic, they had a sale with 19 L (5 gal) kegs at half price ($50). We have gone through two kegs of Moon Time IPA and are working on Motorboatin’ IPA over the past few weeks. We also had a shipment of various beers delivered from them through their partner biermi.com. Because the order was so large, they threw in a bunch of swag as well (e.g., beer cozies, stickers, coasters, and a handwritten note of thanks).

As a result the three 19 L (5 gal) batches of my own (Biere de Garde, juicy IPA, no-boil IPA) have been displaced from my keezer and are hanging out in the laundry room until I have room. I am trying to take advantage of the potential impending meat shortage to upgrade my 7 cubic foot keezer into a larger keezer and using the 7 cubic foot freezer for meat.

I’m usually a cheap brewer who prefers his own low-cost beer over breweries. However, with the pandemic, I’ve switched over to supporting my favorite local breweries.

I feel ya @buckinin! Snowing here too in Western NY.
Seems like an appropriate beer when it’s snowing so hard outside it looks like it’s January but no, it’s May 9th!!! 🤬 At least some homemade pizza to go w/this beer can ease my anger w/Mother Nature. Very lemon forward now. Back of the beer fridge find.

While at local Giant Food Store noticed 4 packs of Bitburger Premium Pils on sale. Decided to treat myself. Nice drinking beer. Looks like a pils, smells like a pils and tastes like a pils... hmm must be a Pils.

I do think my "Endless Summer Pils" has more flavor and depth, but the Bitburger Preiums Pils is good. Would welcome an opportunity to drink some at the source (Bitburg, Germany).

If a Giant Food Store is nearby is worth a trip, IMO, to purchase a 4 pack while on sale.

Prost!

Need a strong one to close out a blah dayView attachment 679594

Sorry to read you've had a "blah day", but everyday is a new adventure with new things to learn, new things to do, new things to see that we, perhaps, missed in the past. In fact, just because we're still here, we're still alive no day is a "blah day". BTW, I'd take a "blah day" over being dead and in the ground any day. Bring on the "blah days", I welcome them :) This from a sexagenarian. I do like the "sex" part.
