Dregs from the bottling bucket. I'm calling this one a brut tripel, 'cuz I got the FG down to 1.002. Just bottled 27 750ml bottles, plus one 22oz sampler.
I lost almost a gallon while cold crashing, due to a leaky spigot on one of my fermenters. DOH!
After I finish this sample, got a heck of a cleanup job in the freezer.
EDIT: or maybe not. 12oz sample says it's time for a nap!

Guess they have a whole craft beer section now including IPAs. Let everyone else do the leg work then take over with your 25billion Barrel brewery. Nice plan! IMHO, ganja will be the same with Winston/Marlboro owning it all in the end.

OT: Coffee and hot tub after cleaning up fermentation mess. Should've had a blow off tube on the Westvleterian12.

Constellation Brands is already heavily invested in cannabis, on/for the beverage market. Cancer stick companies will soon follow once the feds take a more lax approach (this coming presidency?).

Happy Friday! @pshankstar this is very delicious, berry tart with a slight sweetness. Thanks bud

Cheers bud! I haven’t tried that one yet.
I think I’ll be opening the OH stout I sent you later tonight. It’s cold here in Western NY, so perfect for a nice stout.

Plank-Bier Heller Weizenbock revisited. This is probably the most expressive wheat beer that I know. It is just ridiculous. You have to redissolve the yeast pellet to get all that flavor, though.

A bit on the cold side to mellow out the peanut butter cups, but they will shine I bet as it warms up.
@Scturo I hope you enjoy it too!
Update - As it warms there’s a bit of harshness to it. Maybe it’s just me but thought I would share especially since I sent Scturo a bottle.

Having it today as well. Very tasty, not getting a lot of PB, but still very tasty. Car trouble to boot,

Getting ready to make some beef cheek tacos and relaxing with some Basil Hayden’s bourbon and Kona Big Wave golden ale
They pair up really nice
The bourbon is very smooth with a solid oak character and a hint of brown sugar
The ale is solid with a little citrus hop flavor upfront and nice overall profile very friendly beer
