Fiddlehead and variations are really good and dank. They have some maple stouts that are great but hard to come by.

This year's wild yeast cider from our six apple grafted tree. I may save a bottle for the next FotHB. The second photo shows how different the apples are that go into it. All wild yeast fermentation; the last one finished kind of like a hard apple seltzer or this White Paws thing.

No doubt. We’ve been lucky to get them through a local rescue. The dark one is 5 and had multiple litters before being given up by the breeder and the other is only 18 months old. Their price tag is ridiculous and rescuing is better all around (wallet being one of them). They are awesome dogs.
