OG Trillium turned wild. Well this actual bottle was bottled last November. This beer’s base is their Saison (before the NEIPA craze) but inoculated with wild yeast. Then fermented in SS. At 10 bucks a bottle it is by far the best beer from Trillium. I’m grabbing more tomorrow!!!

Haven't see this one on my side of the state (Detroit area) yet. Saw an interesting sour at Trader Joe's today (not a New Holland). I've never had a sour but am now finally tempted.
