Juicy caboosy dipa

Steeping some hibiscus for a saison and drinking my last Hands Up. Next trip to RVA isn’t until October and I’m almost out of the beer I brought back.

Great clarity. What was your boil time? What yeast?
Unfortunately this is a commercial brew from victory, I'll make an attempt soon. But don't be afraid to use gelatin and give her a day or two. Works a charm when I want clarity
Damn..I'll stop complaining about my work day!

This gin/lime Gose sure cleared in the last few days. Lime is more pronounced now.View attachment 578770

What are you studying Kev?

How do you rate that one?
It was pretty good, not great. It did taste better as it warmed. I gave it a 3.75 on Untappd. Overall "everyone" has it around a 4.0

As an aside I see that Fieldwork is releasing cans of Pulp on Saturday. This one is on my want-list. Starting to consider another drive up there this weekend.

Lol, I thought you were North... It should be a quiet week around here

Southern SLO county.
I'd imaging there will be a big line forming for Pulp? Probably more so than this past Saturday when they released Mt. Sierra, (which I really love!!).

I'm just so lazy I don't leave Salinas but to go to class and back. Once in a blue moon I'll stop and throw a beer or two back before class though.

I'm not a big fan though, to be honest. Nothing has really WOWED me.
