HB Sorachi Lager. It’s a little hazy but it tastes amazing. I haven’t been brewing lately, but I have got to get my hands on some lager yeast and make this again for summer (especially since I’ve got a pound of Sorachi Ace stashed in my freezer). Cheers! [emoji482]

LOL I`m a bit of an 8-bit fan, in fact my phone has a very specific ringtone ATM which turns some heads in the city, and all of the ones that do turn are smiling The sound in question is called "enemy selected" from MegaMan2

First try of El Gringo Cerveza. Surprisingly well carbonated after only five days of bottle conditioning! Wouldn`t have even tried it yet but when moving the bottles around in the shelves to make room I noticed the plastic bottles it`s bottled in were already surprisingly stiff so chucked one into the fridge and was positively surprised. Unusually sharp bite on the hops considering how little I used.
