That 8 person beer bong looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

More coffee. Time to make my breakfast now.

Nah, it's okay because it's only a 6 person beer bong. :D

Cherry coke.

Mashing in for the first time in far to long. Drinking my samples of my sours. My saison with CS dregs is coming along nicely. Still has a ways to go. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1430076998.932208.jpg
My Consecration clone. Tastes like a dry red wine. Not sour at all. I used Rosalie blend. Tossed it in on 8/24/14. Gravity sample is 1.008 and has been for 3 months now. There is a good pellicile forming that wasn't there before. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1430077177.215486.jpg
Any of you who have brewed sours have any suggestions on what to do? Should I bottle the consecration or wait and see if it sours more now that there is a good pellicile? Throw more bugs in? These are my first sours so I'm kind of winging it.

Whiskey from a big plastic bottle is the good stuff right? Some of that stuff mixed with Diet Pepsi instead of beer for now. Might be beer-ed out. Not cool.

No sleep fer you tonight ... last of my h.b. xmas ale, need to make room.

Asked SWMBO to make me some. I'm still dying from last night. Need something to wake me up and my eyes still want to shut. So ****ing tired.

That sounds great.

Coke. Waiting for chicken wings to finish up.

Wish I had wings here. Would be the perfect grub right now. Regarding the beer, it was underwhelming. Of course, Baxter always tastes better when I'm fishing in Maine.
