Finally able to sit down after a long, but great, beer day. Brewed 6 gallons of rye saison, bottled 5 gallons of a blended sour and also bottled 2 gallons of another sour. Too much cleaning for one day!

My partial mash version of Coopers Choc-Liqueur Stout recipe. This is only OK. Next attempt at a chocolate stout will be an all grain recipe. I'll probably give BarleyWater's recipe another go since I messed it up (gusher infection!) the one time I tried it.
