Been waiting for this. Seems a little off this year, or else it's just not as good as I remembered it. Will have to try again at another bottle shop.
 
Still on the Dry Hopped Dupont.

The ESB and Amber are going to wait until the morning. My wife's out for the evening with friends, so I'm going to get pissed and watch cartoons :rockin:
 
Finally able to sit down after a long, but great, beer day. Brewed 6 gallons of rye saison, bottled 5 gallons of a blended sour and also bottled 2 gallons of another sour. Too much cleaning for one day! :eek:
 
Undid whatever calories I burned this morning at the beer fest.


.... why do 'fest workers need to be such children?

Great day. Every time I tried to share I got bored just waiting on the thread to load. I may not be a huge fan of dark lord, but dark lord day is Amazing.
 
My partial mash version of Coopers Choc-Liqueur Stout recipe. This is only OK. Next attempt at a chocolate stout will be an all grain recipe. I'll probably give BarleyWater's recipe another go since I messed it up (gusher infection!) the one time I tried it.
