My hop bursted cascade SMASH IPA, made with Crisp pale malt and 8 ounces of cascade (1oz dry hop). It's damned good but it's also damned sneaky. 7% ABV but tastes like 5%



Just finished my second glass. All the hops really build the lace nicely

A real pilsner sounds really good right now. Never tried to make one though. Maybe I should fix that....

mine was a scaled up extract kit from NB. the only thing I didn't flocc up on was the starter. boy, I had one hell of a starter!

edit: I scaled it up myself from 5 to 8 1/2 gallons so I could use my heated/cooled conical to ferment in. the cooling doesn't work too well below 8 gallons.
