Some coffee while I unbox the beer I picked up last night (some for trade, some for my buddy in Cleveland next week and some for me)

And also contemplating tonight's project ... Peeling 7 1/2 pounds of pomegranate. I'm going to rack half of my batch of saison on it tomorrow when I bottle the other half and wash the yeast.

Wouldn't want to know what you spent on that haul! :D

Oh man, Ive been storing my boat at my dad's place while I move, I was just challenged to spend the rest of the week without setting foot on land.

Packing up a keg of my petite saison and my Belgian pale. Maybe some brats, and a fishing pole. Challenge accepted.

Drinking a sample of my dad's quad

Awesome.

Only 10:22 a.m. Too early to start? ****.

I woke up to a petite saison at 8 join me buddy. Kicking ass at this challenge, got the tunes cranked up, charging my phone, grill going with some bacon and eggs, the dog swam out to chill with me, Fook yeah I'm in a boat.

Sounds like a good time. I will be joining the cause shortly.

I don't go on any boat unless I'm going to be fishing off of it!

Is that madrugada obscura for you? I saw Clint picked up a darkest hour for you. On a funky stout kick? Did I give you a bottle of my blackberry stout? I think I'm doing a blueberry version this year.

How's the saison tasting?

Yeah - that one is mine :D ... and yes, I'm building up my stout options for fall/winter. I do have a bottle of your blackberry stout as well :)

Taking a page out of remmys book. Did some lifting. Squats, some bench and dumbell curls to name a few. I'm almost done my 60 min cardio.
I can't wait to drink up more Brett today!!

Haven't had a slight buzz after one beer in a long time. I should try having water or eating breakfast before hammering a 10% ABV triple IPA.

You're not ready for a lifting sesh with the rem-dog!

Sounds like a fun time, though. Get it!

Hey Channel cat, after your great post that i should have copied and saved (but didnt) about body in beer, do you have any insight on why a beer will cycle through a period or periods of thinness and still end up with good mouthfeel?

Another imperial stout. I'm going for the full-sixer. Untappd isn't gonna like me.

My wlp 645 porter. Really wish I hadn't wasted 3 bottles entering NHC. It's finally got some head retention after 6 months in the bottle. Looking at the recipe, I really kitchen sinked this thing.
