More fruit beer. Always have, always will like this. The new seasonal pack is for the rest of the evening.

International Beer Day, Huh? Why the heck not break out one of my fav’s, Rothaus Tannenzäpfle! Before we get too far into today’s beer, check out that clarity! This is the way to make a fine German Pilsner!
Advertised as an Original Black Forest Pils, Rothaus, located in Grafenhausen, is the highest elevation brewery in all of Germany. That can make for difficult or at least “different” brewing, as it throws things off as compared to brewing at sea level. It’s also become one of the highest priced, at least for us thirsty commoners here in the States! Bring your big checkbook next time!
OK, OK, I’ve been informed that was a sure Boomer giveaway. Guilty as charged. Well, if you can find it and can actually pay for it, Rothaus Tannenzäpfle is a historic brew, one of my absolute favorite Pilsners. It has perfect flavor balance, perfect head, absolutely wonderful lacing, I just can’t speak highly enough of this beer. At 5.3% ABV, it is a touch on the high end of ABV for German Pilsners - and of course the presentation is lovely. Go out and find some… Prost!

As a guy that runs his kegs on a very, very low psi, I'm on to you. I see you working. I won't say anything if you don't. Honestly, I'm just trying to keep Claudius off my ass.
And a pint pot of my new back burner UK best bitter project. It needs a better name than Oi! [my series name for UK ales for Brewsmith purposes] What the $#*$& is this?. I'm trying on Lord Ashley Tosspot's Prize Ale and C.M.O.T Dibbler's Champion Ale for size. Suggestions are welcome.

You’re the best, Max. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
lmao, you win the prize for my label. I don't have the faintest idea what that is, but I do know that it is the label for this beer if I ever bottle it. Which is unlikely because I swore off bottling twenty years ago.
