Giants fan, here. You guys put up the good fight, nothing to be ashamed about. I was gutted for you guys, but you gotta admit it'll be funny watching Grimace taking out the trash for us.

And the ordinary bitter is starting to suck yeast. Fortunately, I have a 1.047 UK IPA already kegged and carbed in the ale fermentation fridge. Life could be a lot worse.

Off early, check. Made Peanut Butter Pie with granddaughter, check. Huskers VB girls won, check. Plenty of "sampling", check. Oregon beating Ohio St ..err......

Man, that sucks! I had to replace my CO2 bottle mid-September and it just doesn't matter how careful you are...
Hmmmm. Now that you mention it, I did disconnect my tank today to troubleshoot a fermenting pale ale that didn’t appear to be blowing off CO2. I hooked the tank up to my fermenter and gave it a shot of CO2 and discovered one of my two corny kegs had a lid that didn’t seal perfectly. So the fermentation was off gassing through the lid before it got to the blowoff container. All is right now as the blowoff is bubbling like a mofo. Well, most is right…..I still have a hazy lager.

A few ounces of Chinese sweet rice wine. It's been "cold crashing" for a few weeks. It's sweet but the tartness has mellowed a good bit. I like it!

Has the jury reached a verdict?
Capping off the night with a pour of my Munich lager thing. One thing I will not miss about this beer is that it takes about three pours over five minutes to get a glass filled.
I thought it was one of the better ones. To me, it had a more old school taste profile but great feel.
