Local West coast ipa.. light easy drinker.
Aaannnnd back to the north east style ipa. Cliffside push from evergrain brewing, one of my favorite local versions.
It's a rainy 4th of July. We had no plans, but I feel for the people who planned outdoor events. It's forecast to keep raining until tomorrow.

Still on H2O, as I need to drop off Daughter #1 at LAX for her two weeks visiting family in Europe with Daughter #2 (who's already there doing the archaeology thing in Transylvania). But when I get back, there will be beer! Happy 4th!
I'll keep an eye out for the OEC. I get rare drops of it around here but I have friends from NYC/CT that know I like them

Man, I should've read the caption first! I was reading the bottle and becoming more and more confused, then I hit the "If you're pregnant or breast feeding..." and became really confused!

Here's the jasmine rice lager that I kegged on Monday. This'll be a good July/August beer. Wish I had dumped it in a 6-gal keg, but it's cheap and easy to make.
Little taste of my latest hb neipa, still needs time but shaping up to be an excellent brew. Glassware from my buddies brewery.
HM cider with added fajc. Bottled 26 months ago. Smooth and pretty tasty.

Hb Czech premium lager via LUKR tap, poured by my daughter, she nailed it. Gettin close to explosive time, love the 4th!

My first "slow pour" attempt for my wife. We had an excellent example of one at equilibrium last year and I've been working to get our hb to that level... hope she enjoys it.

Dinner beer, I gave hubby the clean glass, because I’m nice like that.
One of the most 'Murican beers in my portfolio, Panther Piss Paleo Vulgaris. Just six-row, corn, a lotta Clusters, with some Haller at the end and a heritage lager strain from Jasper Yeast in N. Virginia called Franconian Lager. This is about as close as I can get to the original fizzy yellow swills that were brewed by immigrants in the Ohio Valley during the mid-19th Century. The keg started gurgling on this pour, I'll miss it when it's gone.
