Yes it would be. This combination is my favorite if I had a press I might get more juice from fresh pineapple trimmings. I only make 2 16s at a time.

50ml Plantation OFTD Rum
25ml lime juice
10ml homemade orange oleo saccharum
440ml can of Good Chemistry Brewing's Hefeweizen.

Very nice indeed.
