Not bad. WCIPA levels of bitterness and hop flavor and aroma. I guess it’s more of a “cold ipa”.

Critical Hop Therory from @DrGMG nice solid IPA. Hid the 10% abv and the like 300 ibu really well. Silky smooth and easy drinking. Really good beer.

That's the annoying thing about wheat beers.

How did the cantaloupe hold up? It's such a mild flavor that I could see it fading pretty quickly. Kinda like strawberry.

The cantaloupe is still there but it has changed from the original light fresh taste to something like...old cantaloupe?

Thanks, I used ferment in the serving keg with floating dip tube and natural carbonation, followed by low and slow.
