First pull from my 1/1/22 Bavarian Pilsner. This is excellent! 1.050 OG, 5.1 ABV, 32.6 IBU, 2.77 SRM. Weyermann Barke Pils, Hallertau Mittlefruh, Tettnanger, WLP833 Bock, Munich water profile. Lagering nicely at 34F!

Homebrew APA while transferring a hazy ipa. I have never liked hazies but it seems like some of the actually bitter versions (heady topper?) might be good. So I figured I’d try. The pale ale is delicious, at least.

Tonight I made a Trinidad Sour which is something I’ve been wanting to make for a long time. It uses a full 1.5oz of bitters as the base! This is an amazing cocktail!

HB Best Bitter. This has really cleared and tastes great. I have my kegerator at 56 degrees because I’m using it to ferment a lager while this is on tap. This is at the perfect temp
