At least in my version a 7oz dry hop/5g batch masked/attenuate all perceived bitterness. I’m interested in ‘modern’ west coast ipa, but want the bitterness too.

The red draft beer was a chocolate covered cherries sour from Hidden Springs and the other draft was a peach cobbler sour from D9 Brewing Company. The cans are self explanatory.

Lot of coffee, 9.4% abv, very tasty!

Homebrew APA. Cascade, CTZ, a touch of Citra. Delicous. I cut the crystal malts down to 2% Caramel 10 this time and it was definitely the right decision.
