I hope everyone enjoys the forums. I really enjoy this forum style and couldn't find a populated forum like it so I started this one. I can't believe how large it's grown in it's short time around, hope it continues! I am always open to suggestions so please feel free to private message me or post a topic.

I live in Austin, Texas and have been brewing coming up on two years now. Bought a starter home brew kit from an online retailer before I found my local store and have since upgraded almost every part. I really enjoy drinking and brewing German style Hefeweizen's. I've tried about every Hefeweizen I can find in town.

God how I miss Celis White and Grand Cru.
