Hello All,

My name is Griff and I’m a home brewer from Ohio, USA.

I’ve been doing wine and cider for a long time but recently switched to beer and it is definitely much harder than I thought, but I definitely will persevere.

I’ve been lurking on this forum for a while and have discovered that I’m at my wits end for one of my issues, so today I decided to buckle down and sign up.

I really have enjoyed brewing so far and hope that I can find great wisdom on this forum.
