Greetings all, My name is David Lange, and I am from Columbus Nebraska. A couple of months ago I found a renewed interest in homebrewing. I recently repaired/upgraded the plumbing in my wall tap / keg refrigerator setup with 8mm DuoTight fittings. Repaired because I had a pesky CO2 leak that I just couldn't find. Originally I had plumbed the gas side with SMC Push Connect fittings and 1/4-inch poly and vinyl tubing. So far the DuoTight/EVABarrier has resolved my issues.

My last brew was a small batch hard cider. It has been keg conditioning for about 2 weeks now and is on the dry side. I just don't know if I want to back sweeten it. At the rate I am going it will probably be gone before I get my mind made up.

I hope to learn something from the forums, perhaps make a few online friends, and hopefully get to the point of being able to make a meaningful contribution or two.

That's great. Just beer here. I have a cream ale in the fermenter and I used wlp080 yeast for the first time. I'm looking forward to how it comes out.
