Interesting looking place. The inside sure looks better than the exterior. Lots of work but lots of potential too.

There seem to be 2 kitchens "featured." The stainless one may be workable, the other is more or less just a parlour, looking like an oversized breakfast bar. For that price what could you possibly expect?

The amount of stainless in the kitchen rivals institutional/restaurant kitchens. Perhaps it is designed for the person that has a professional chef preparing their meals, but is void of any warmth that a home kitchen would typically have. With 4 houses on the property who knows? One of them should be “typical and lovely”, yes?

Yeah, the kitchen(s) are ridiculous. Seems like one is a kitchen that you[r staff] use for cooking, while the other one is more for looking fancy.

That said, I'd take either kitchen--heck, I'd like both of them. Pretty sure we could find a way to make that ultra-white kitchen seem a lot warmer once it's lived in.

The rest of the house, though... Not my style. So I'm not going to make an offer.

I was thinking a similar thought. The main building is cult headquarters complete with several indoctrination areas. The big log cabin was nice.

Yeah, struck me as a "New Age" retreat center. You'd need ~300 members willing to "donate" ~$100K each to make it pay.
